On behalf of the Vision Essentials, UBT we would like to thank Arshel Ramirez for representing Local 30, April 2013-2015. She has been excellent in providing our department with some great ideas for improving the morale in the workplace, participation in iVE Learn Phase Two and Three certification, improving service scores and teamwork and last but not least her introduction of “Optickle” one liners for our amusement in Optical Dispensing and the Optometry world.
Thanks again!

New at Vision Essentials Flexon Bendable Frames

Stories to tell about our eyewear. imageActually the Flexon frames are not really new to Vision Essentials but you can expect to see more branding details about the frames we carry and words to describe them e.g.. bendable, flexible, non-corrosive.  I have found that by knowing some little details about the frame or its designer does add value to your tool belt as you talk to your patient about their choice and why that frame would be a good choice. Why don’t you try it with some of your brands that you love to sell and then blog it on this post how you describe and talk about it.
